This Privacy Policy explains how Jawline AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Face Data and Images When you choose to use the scan feature, the app processes a face photo that you provide (from camera or photo library). This photo may contain biometric-like face characteristics (for example, facial geometry, symmetry-related landmarks, face orientation, skin appearance indicators, and quality signals such as brightness/sharpness).

1.2 Derived Analysis Data From the photo, the app generates analysis outputs such as:

• facial feature scores,
• overall score,
• quality checks (for example: lighting, blur, face position),
• personalized routine recommendations,
• progress/comparison insights over time.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Data For subscriptions, we receive purchase entitlement status and subscription metadata from our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

1.4 Technical Data We may process basic technical diagnostics required for app operation and stability (for example app version and device-level diagnostics).

1. How We Use Face Data

We use face data only to provide app functionality requested by the user, including:

• detecting a face in the selected image,
• calculating visual/geometry-based scores and recommendations,
• showing scan results and progress comparisons,
• improving scan quality feedback (e.g., low light, off-center face).

We do not use face data for advertising profiling or selling to data brokers.
