This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Voice Recorder mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Audio Recordings

• The App lets you record, import, edit, and convert audio files.
• All recordings and converted files are stored locally on your device (in the app’s storage / Documents folder).
• We do not automatically upload your recordings to any server controlled by us.

1.2 Device Permissions

To work correctly, the App may request:

• Microphone access – to record audio.
• Photo Library / Media Library access – to import audio or video files from your device.
• File access – to read and write audio files on your device.

You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. If you revoke some permissions, certain features may stop working.

1.3 Usage & Diagnostic Data (Optional / System-Level)

• We do not collect personally identifiable analytics inside the App.
• Your device’s operating system or the app store (e.g. Apple) may provide us with aggregated, anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These reports do not contain the content of your recordings.
